Whether you want to deepen your capacity to experience fulfillment, or you are curious about what it means to open up to the possibility of a collective consciousness or you just want some support in your practice of meditation, join me and make a commitment to meditate every day of March.

If you would like to join me, in addition to signing up below, join our facebook group, it's a good place to check-in, let us know you meditated, and say a word about your experience. The invitation is to commit to meditate at least 9 minutes every day of March (I’m doing 30!). I will send you a text every few days, providing some inspiration and reminding you that we are together in this.”

Last month a group of adventurous souls joined me in the daily practice of fulfillment. It is my core focus for the year, and it is already changing me. I received positive feedback from participants who appreciated being reminded that we are already whole, that gratitude is the best posture and that appreciation generates well being.

As I deepen this practice of fulfillment I become aware that meditation remains the foundational practice of a fulfilled life. It brings us into contact with the ever present ground of being from which life itself emerges. It is how we attune to what is actually going on.

I am collaborating with a small group of healers and medicine people in a project that is focused on making ourselves available to the emergence of a collective consciousness. I experience this effort as living on the edge of evolution itself. It is an absolutely thrilling project that faces forward into something that none of us fully know.

I bring it up here because we have just made a commitment to each other. We understand that the success of our effort depends on a strong foundation of meditation. We have committed to a minimum of 30 minutes of meditation per day. It is the core conditioning for our project. It is how we stay connected to ourselves and to each other.

A Fulfillment Experiment

Some years back we experimented with a collective practice of presence. At random points of the day we would all get a text reminder to practice presence together.

This January I’m inviting anyone interested to join us in a similar experiment. To sign up text FULFILLMENT to 555888. Once or twice per day, every day in January, you will be prompted to become present to the moment and engage a practice of fulfillment.

The goal is to interrupt our tendency to believe that we don’t have enough and that we are not enough.

As we are racing around, chasing this feeling that we long to have, it is helpful to pause and be reminded that we can be grateful now, that we can be generous now, that we can appreciate now. These practices of wakeful presence bring fulfillment to our heart.

We don’t have to postpone the experience of fulfillment. We can have it now.
