We launch our third Group Coaching Cohort on September 12.
We did miracles with the schedule in order to offer this again. Because it was so successful for the first two cohorts. And I just keep hearing about how strong these relationships continue to be.
The fact is that we grow better together. We are social animals. We are the sum of the five people we spend most of our time with. A group coaching cohort is a way to springboard your work on yourself and your career. It is a way to find the peers who are going to help propel you on the way. We want to be surrounded by people who are as hungry as we are for authentic change, real world success, awakening and liberation.
If you know my work, you know that I am first a facilitator. And that my life’s purpose is to serve the power that emerges when you bring good people together.
There is something that happens in a group that can never be matched by individual work alone. My mission is to help unlock this potential.
We are bringing together the power of individual coaching with the energy and accountability of the group. And we are looking for the right combination of four people who want to be to experience this next iteration of Group Coaching work.
You will grow. You will change. And you will become part of a powerful network.
What is it?
This is an intensive ten-week program that includes 17 coaching sessions.
Five of those coaching sessions will be one-on-one sessions with me.
Five will be group sessions facilitated by me.
Four will be self-facilitated group sessions.
Three will be peer-to-peer coaching sessions, one with each of your cohort members.
You are making a baseline commitment of 17 hours over ten weeks. Plus the work of change and practice that you will have to do between sessions.
We are creating an intensive container for leveling up, taking a leap and getting something done.
When and Where?
Sept 12 - November 7 2023, virtually.
The five private coaching sessions with Gibrán will be scheduled every other Tuesday of the program between the hours of 9:30-4:30pm. You can schedule your coaching calls once your registration is approved.
The 10 group coaching sessions are 12:30-1:30pm every Tuesday

If you participated in this years BOOST Your Practice, if are part of an Evolutionary Leadership Cohort, or if have already done direct coaching or healing work with me, you will be welcomed at last year’s rate of $2950.
Please understand that this is a premium product. Many of my offerings are free or on a sliding scale. We are not yet able to offer scholarships for this service. Please write me directly if you are willing and able to support a scholarship program that will make this service more accessible.
