BOOST Your Practice is Baaaaack!!!

This is one of our most loved programs.

I am letting you know about it right now because I am inviting you to make a commitment to yourself before you start the holiday season. It will feel great to know that something so good for you is waiting on the other side of this joyful but often chaotic time.

And because if you are in the grips of anger and despair at the horrors unfolding in the world. The best way to meet big trouble is in full alignment with yourself.

I am also writing today to make sure you consider the Learn to Breathe With Me program that can overlap so well with BOOST. Except it launches much sooner, on December 10.

For those of you who are returning to BOOST, notice that this year everyone has the OPTION of signing up with your own Team of Four.

ALSO! Note that this year, each of the four people on the winning team will get an individual coaching session with me, as well as a learning and reflection session for the team together.

Dates: Monday, January 8 to Sunday, February 4, 2024

In order to do anything well you need to be aligned with yourself. You need a mindfulness practice. You need to tend to your body. You need food that is good for you. You need exercise. And you need a structure that serves the most creative part of yourself.

We are what we frequently do.

When you sign up to BOOST Your Practice, you make a commitment to yourself and to a cohort of people. You become accountable in your commitment to practice.

Because no one can do it alone.


COMMITMENTS

By signing up for this program you are making the following commitments:

  • Wake up by 6AM

  • Commit to the meditation, exercise and eating practices of your choice.

  • Commit to at least one hour of focused, uninterrupted, creative work. This could be a dream you want to make real, it can be an artistic endeavor or it can also be a project you have been working on. But it must be a manifestation of your own creative life force.

  • Commit to a one hour community call every Wednesday at 4pm EST.

  • Join a 10 minute community morning huddle with the group at 8:30AM each morning (flexible participation)

TEAMS

  • You will be one in a team of four people. Anytime you don’t fulfill your commitment, your whole team loses a point!


COST

The cost of the program is $99, but you are welcomed to pay any amount you are able to pay in order to feel like you have skin in the game. This is a way to tell your mind that you are making an investment.

Teams

  • You are encouraged to sign up as a team. Find three other friends that want to make this kind of commitment to themselves. Join and #doit together.

  • You also have the option of asking us to put you on any team.

HRV Training

  • A small number of you will want to make a bigger commitment. I’m inviting you to learn to breathe with me. This is a 10-Week Program that launches on December 10. Participating will count as your chosen mindfulness practice for BOOST.
