Today I write to invite you to meditate for six weeks. You commit to at least 10 minutes of meditation every day. You are of course welcome to sit longer. The six weeks of practice will be split into two sets of three weeks each.
We will practice Tonglen from Sunday, March 10 to Easter Sunday, March 31.
And
We will practice Loving Kindness from Easter Sunday, March 31 to Sunday, April 21.

Learn to Breathe With Me
I am looking for people to join me in a 10-week training program. (BOOST is a 4-week program.) It will include our time doing BOOST, but it will start before and end after BOOST.
I am not teaching this breathing program. I just really want to learn it. And I know I will need other people to help me stick to it.
We are talking about TWO 20 minute training sessions every day for 10-weeks. Joining includes purchasing the book, an app, and a tool for “biofeedback.” So that we can be scientific about our progress.
