BOOST Your Practice
September 8th - october 5th
In order to do anything well you need to be aligned with yourself. You need a mindfulness practice. You need to tend to your body. You need food that is good for you. You need exercise. And you need a structure that serves the most creative part of yourself.
We are what we frequently do.
When you sign up to “Boost Your Practice,” you make a commitment to yourself and to a cohort of people. You become accountable in your commitment to practice.
Because no one can do it alone.

You will be one in a team of four people. Anytime you don’t fulfill your commitment, your whole team loses a point!
Commitments
By signing up for this program you are making the following commitments:
Wake up by 6AM
Commit to the meditation, exercise and eating practices of your choice.
Commit to at least one hour of focused, uninterrupted, creative work.
This could be a dream you want to make real, it can be an artistic endeavor or it can also be a project you have been working on. But it must be a manifestation of your own creative life force.
Commit to a one hour community call every Wednesday at 4 PM EST.
Join a 10 minute community morning huddle with the group at 8:15 AM each morning (flexible participation)

Cost
The cost of the program is $99. This exchange is a way to tell your mind that you are making an investment.
